Meet Our BMK Ops Team

 Amy started her Managed Services career seven years ago, and as one of the bmkOPS founders, leads our team.  In addition, Amy works alongside our clients to help them develop processes and procedures that ensure their success.

In her 25 years in customer service, she has continued to develop successful team/client relationships. In her downtime she loves spending time with her family and friends. 

 Sandra has been dedicated to bookkeeping for over 25 years. She knew when she took an accounting class in high school, it was her passion. Sandra is a well certified and skilled addition to our team. When Sandra relaxes, she finds a good book or spends time =with her husband. 

Alexis has been in the business of customer service for 12 years. She enjoys taking on the challenges of a fast-paced environment and helping establish great communication with clients. Alexis is dedicated to building effective and cohesive teams that provide impeccable services. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her fiancé and working on projects around their home.

As one of the bmkOPS founders, and with 15+ years in the MSP industry, Jim helps MSP Leaders simplify their service delivery, branding, and financials to build consistent results that are the envy of other MSPs.  

Outside of work, Jim loves traveling to warm locations, hitting the mats/trails/gyms, drinking coffee and petting dogs.

Alex is our newest team member. She brings in years of experience with customer service. Her attention to detail and desire to help company’s see their full potential makes her a great fit. In her downtime, she creates artworks, and loves spending time with family and friends.

Olivia joined BMK Operations coming from an extensive background in customer service.  She is passionate about delivering top-notch service as an IT dispatcher, leveraging her management experience and knack for customer and client support. 

When not solving tech issues, you can find me crafting unique polymer clay jewelry for my small business or enjoying quality time with my husband and our adorable cat, Sprite.
